Sometimes perfection just happens. The extraction of meadowsweet’s alluring aroma inspired Björn to create this blend. So he added genmaicha, with its almost nutty roasted notes. Other carefully selected ingredients, combined with pear and a hint of raspberry, lend the drink acidity, depth and structure – and that is how ALVALUME came into being.
The simplest things are often the most difficult. And so it took a while for this creation to be perfected. But here it is now, in all its clarity. Nothing remains hidden. Built on a base of Pai Mu Tan and Sencha tea, herbal notes and citrus aromas give Mineris its character. A pronounced minerality, fresh acidity and a delicate effervescence round off this taste experience.
